Billing Terms

1. Subscription Plans

ilean offers the following subscription plans (all prices in USD):

• Trial: $0.99 for 7 days of full access. Automatically converts to the Weekly plan after 7 days unless cancelled.
• Weekly: $9.99 billed every 7 days.
• Monthly: $19.99 billed every 30 days.
• Yearly: $39.99 billed once every 365 days.

Current prices are always displayed at ilean.app/pricing. Prices may change with 30 days' prior notice.

2. Automatic Renewal

All subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period using the payment method on file. You authorise us to charge the applicable fee on the renewal date. Renewals continue until you cancel.

3. Trial Period

The $0.99 trial provides full platform access for 7 days. At the end of the 7-day period, your subscription automatically converts to the Weekly plan ($9.99/week) unless you cancel before the trial ends. The $0.99 trial fee is non-refundable once the trial period has expired.

During promotional or marketing campaigns, ilean may offer a free trial period (at no charge) in conjunction with the Weekly ($9.99/week), Monthly ($19.99/month), or Yearly ($39.99/year) plans. Where a free trial is offered, your chosen paid plan will commence automatically at the end of the free trial period unless you cancel before it ends. Promotional free trials are offered at ilean's sole discretion and may be withdrawn or modified at any time.

4. Payment Methods

We accept major credit and debit cards. Payment is processed securely by our payment processor. We do not store your full card details on our servers.

5. Cancellation and Access

You may cancel your subscription at any time via ilean.app/manage or by emailing support. Cancellation stops future billing. You retain access until the end of your current paid period. No partial refunds are issued for the unused portion of a billing period unless covered by our refund policy.

6. Refunds

See our Refund Policy for full details. Refund requests are reviewed according to our Refund Policy and applicable law. Refunds on subsequent billing cycles are at our discretion.

7. Taxes

Prices displayed are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. EU consumers may be charged VAT at the rate applicable in their country of residence.

8. Changes to Billing Terms

We may update these Billing Terms. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of any price changes. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
